Some things but not all things of the past:
If you can in-vision your future you can change your feelings of the past, the past moments have a distortion, your "feel" of the past isn't the same always on what you felt at the time..a little hurt then, more hurt now. You "feed" on it and it over bloats your conscious mind now.

this guy is good but let me give u the answer we have a problem because we lack faith, we unsure, we act like animals than human we are siners (lust,anger,pride,greed,attachment) lets forget this thorugh pray of god and we feel lot happier.

Well, first God says to "Do what he says" and let of your badge of bragging about your sins, and your sinful nature, beating yourself up and then beg God to fix you. Do what he says - God will not be mocked what you sow (Bragging about being so sinfulness) you will reap even more. Start overcoming by bragging of your newness of the spirit and right acting from that spirit. Put on that rightness in the Christ.

i face that i have problem with sins, not everyone can face this though, and yes God is there all the time not only when we lose faith its every life cycle we taken, but its not only being a Christain the answer dear friends, they are more rivers that lead to god, since we come back many times in the human cycle as well as the other creatures if we are that bad. Try to be true in the heart first than realise who you are inside as a spirit, a Soul that forever lives on.

I love this video and watch it often. It helped me understand at I am the creator of all my problems which is centered within my own mind. It always takes me back to the present moment where I don't have any problems.

@honorall NO. God is the creator of all problems and he will fix them all. Of course there are no problems or solutions in Gods eyes, duality is part of the human condition only.
God is the creator of all things, including your mind. Get angry with God, blame him for everything in your life, stay angry as long as you want to, forever if you like - He's the perfect, eternal, listening therapist so don't turn your back on his support.
