I am so glad this is posted! I am a teacher, and have been discussing this with my students all week. We have been tracking the height of the snow and comparing it to the height of the kids.
Great video. Thanks. I live in Lucan Biddulph. We have some of the best municipal staff in the province. Our roads guys kept the roads open throughout the whole thing and they are still at it. They deserve a medal for their efforts.
Thanks for posting this. My mom is in Lucan. I talked to her on Tuesday, and she said she had four foot of snow on the laneway. I said, "oh come on, how much snow is there really?" to which she replied, "FOUR FOOT!"
Insane. We have a couple inches in Guelph but that's about it. NOT that I want any more than that!! You guys got 99% of that snow in the course of about 2 days? Or maybe 3?
we are in australia, but my mom is on toronto and she told me of the snow! it looks great, we have flooding here instead! would love to be there for Christmas! i used to go to uni in guelph, so i can imagine the snow there, i used to ski to class, ahhh, fond memories!
Beeton got 105cm in two days... never seen anything like it

Barrie got hit almost as badly! Crazy crazy snow.

@kmerriott
I agree Barrie did get a lot of snow....however, I don't think it was close to 177cm. I live in the area and have about 40cm.
