I don't know where this coffee comes from but have you tried coffees from El Injerto in Guatemala(They have won Cup of excellence more often than any other farm and is rainforest alliance certified). Oh my their 100% Burbon I'm drinking is soo good in Hario V60. Very sweet and balanced cup. Perfect with chocolate filled with caramel.
