This is "FELLINI" Casanova ~Giacoma had NO say in it ~ IT IS A MASTERPIECE of CREATIVITY

the sweatening face of Sutherland:) Seriously, I don't know... it's difficult to describe... To me the whole thing is about pure lust, not the slightest hint at any feelings at all - just sport, fun, entertainment, physical exercise, art, as you say - choreography, yes, whatever but not sensuality. But, as I said, maybe I'm just too conservative:) to grasp the deep philosophy of the scene:)

don't:) tastes differ... besides, there are so many people who love the movie and Fellini is considered a great film director, so I guess it's me who's just not mature enough to understand what Fellini was trying to say... but now it's still disgusting to me:)

I absolutely agree with you. The gentleman makes me hot too. I have the DVD of The Great Train Robbery right beside my bed in a bookcase, so I wake up each morning to see Don Sutherland and Sean Connery!!! Two of my fav actors. So, if seeing Sutherland in a Victorian outfit makes me ecstatic, I can understand how the feeling must be seeing him as Casanova. Great to know there are others who appreciate this truly wonderful actor.
