If u ask them are steroids killing people 95 % of all doctors would say yes. But that dosent mean its true! Steroids dont directly cause depression, anxiety disorders or psychotic disorders. Its user who is cause and steroids just accelerate it or can exacerbate it.
All Rx medication can cause cancer, liver problems, kidney problems, cause depression etc.
Can they be used safely? YES. But can cause health problesm and death also. Its depend on education and person!

If you are on over a gram of test a week + other stuff like tren, d.-bol and such and just drop everything one day without a pct your own testosterone will be close to zero and ofcourse you will be depressed then.
