  • This water authority as created by ex-Rep.Curtis Jenkins has no oversight from state or county elected officials.

    The citizens of Jasper County have no power through their elected officials to remove or discipline any member of JCWSA.

    They are a power unto themselves and eventually the taxpayers of Jasper county will have to bear the burden of the mistakes this amateur water authority makes.
