I have one as well,fantastic radio. I also used a bunch of 9 volts together to provide the B+. The loop antenna on it is surprisingly effective. Mine was made in 1941.
thats nice, I have one,...my Dad bought it new, I had it recapped,...works good. I have a gang of 9V batts hiddin in the orig batt casing,...worked out well
