did this joke clearly not hear that the former Ex Vp said this "The United States needs to be not so much loved as it needs to be respected."?..i think this clown is in way over his head. let me explain to him what the vp meant, he meant, do this or we kick your ass, and popular opinion be damned while i protect the American citizen..its what he took an oath to do..i guess the people in this obama admin think that means i need to base the safety of the people on world opinion...thats bad.
I don't like Cheney, but Axel-Obama can hardly pretend to be bipartisan if they dismiss any input they don't like with "so what, we won."
The American people voted for Obama, but they didn't sign a pact to accept whatever decisions and policies the administration proposes with a "just trust us.". American Idol input was OK for the electoral process, but not now that they are in power.
They aren't infallible or the cabinet fiasco wouldn't be going on; don't they know their own colleagues?
if we have a trial, we must have evidence. but what if there is some evidence we want to keep secret? secret so that terror groups don't know what we know.
in fact there is evidence like this in all likelihood, intercepted codes, informants, etc. a trial would mean either giving up sensitive information, or keeping the secrets secret, and letting them go scot-free.
