  • Props on how you use perfect form on every video.

  • I have done pull ups since I was a teenager. Always liked it. Recently and for no apparent reason I began feeling PAIN in the lower part of my spine Every time I do a single pull up.

In a very precise point. Somewhere about 3/4 down. Is always the same spot.

I know I am doing something wrong. Otherwise I would feel no pain.

Do you happen to have any idea of what could possibly be the cause of that ?

Please any suggestion to what could possibly be the cause would be GREAT.

    tks !

  • you want to inhale coming up

  • What pull up bar dip bar station is that?

  • Thank you for your comment.

  • Why do you recommend to stop a few repetitions before getting to failure. Is it more benficial?

  • Doug,

For the purpose of seminar preparation, reaching muscle failure is not required.

For other purposes, training to failure has it's benefits.

  • How long should I do this before the seminar?

  • When are you taking the seminar? How much time you have to train and the condition you are in will make a difference.

  • Pull Up Bar?

  • What's with the pull up bar? Is the coarse based on that?

  • The coarse is based on a variety of bodyweight exercises and programs that can be made of them for different purposes.

  • I can't even do one pullup...

  • Start with assisted movement.

  • This are just the basics. I'll go over many variations in the course material.

  • paul what if you cant do more than like 3 pullups??? do you have modifications especially if you dont have that device you have there with the bars?

  • Try horizontal rows if you don't have the pull up bar. It's not the same, but works partially similar muscles.
