At the end of Ms Bachmann's great speech (not heard here but on other videos of this event) she was drowned out by some sirens. It is the sound of inconsiderate, socialistic health care workers rushing to aid a rally attendee who had a heart attack. How dare those commies impose their liberal agenda on someone who was just trying to have a cardiac arrest in public. How un-american! I bet they even took him to a state-run hospital.
