@A1R5N1P3R Respectfully, Your experience is severely limited.
You need to visit with a Class 1 Trauma ER Unit and ask for their experiences.
We can fix Your road rash, broken limbs, and even most lacerated and blown organs. Recovery from traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a long agonizing road If You Live. As a test put your hand in front of your face and fall forward on any hard surface. It may not be the motorcyclist/bicyclist choice when rear-ended or T-Boned. Drooling and Blind isn't fun.
@TheStrawBroom Yup, in my experience, gloves and elbow guards, even knee pads are more important than a helmet; as the instinct is to shield your face / head with your hands, and rolling will skin your knees and elbows.
