Whitewater rafting the South Fork of the American River

One time I was on this trip and we did some tailstands, but the guides kept telling me to close my eyes, but boy was it worth it. Only bummer part was the ruptured colon. I would do it again for sure!

One time, I guided and I found out I was gay from all the tailstands... Then my liver hurt just thinking about it! Thanks for the memories!!!

One time when I ran this a boat had gone in right before us and got stuck on river left. We collided and our 14 foot boat submarined under them and did a complete tailstand when it came back up. We lost everyone but the guide. Both photo companies took over 30 shots each.

I went on this in september, and it was MASSIVE. it was crazy, and i was the one who fell out of the boat...lol.

I used to guide on the south fork years ago. I injured my back and I can't raft anymore. I remember running trouble maker in all kinds of conditions. Thanks for bringing back a cool memory for me.
