Seriously people. how can you call them lesbians. They are friends. I think some of my friends are the finest girls i have ever known and trust me...I definitely like boys. They are just close friends. so just all of you shut it about them being lesbians.

This isn't puppy love! I've experienced this kind of friendship! I had a friend who was more than a friend, she part of me! I loved her so much(and despite not talking to her or seeing her in 6 years I still do and always will!)! She was my Jody! Our friendship didn't work out. I guess we just grew apart. But she will always have a part of my heart and I'm afraid I'll always feel like something is missing from my life! There is nothing romantic about this scene or any others in this movie!

Beth looked that way towards Jody because she didn't think she should be the one to be blamed. And it hurt Beth having her deal with the miss understanding. But wow I know what a great scene I love this movie. So glad Christina Ricci got to do a movie with Anna Chlumsky. A priceless movie!!

To liljana21, you know I bought this movie probably in 1998, so I know for a fact they don't sell them on shelves anymore. But you might want to try and order it from a book store like Barnes and Noble. Hopefully you may get a copy of the VHS. Hope this helps and good luck!!
