They are both very good. Value for $ is Laura Mercier, but Bare Minerals is stunning quality and has a better shade range.

I really enjoyed this. I like "glamour" make-up, but it is usually FAR too heavy for me to wear everyday. I gave this a shot (using the product I had on hand) and loved it. It is very simple and stylish.

BTW - I read your blog, and I have to laugh when you speak of it being 3 or 4 C. Around here in the winter it is somewhere around -23 (yes, that is a negative) for about a month or two. I have gone out in the winter to blown bubbles and had them freeze so they shatter when the "pop".
