Customized 1971 Schwinn Stingray Apple Krate

Sorry dude, but thats not an apple crate. The apple crate was a red 5-speed with two rear shock absorbers, small front tire & springer forks and with hand brakes and matching seat. They didn't come with a sissy bar either. I had the yellow called the Lemon peeler. It was difficult to ride because of the smaller front wheel you peddled your butt off no matter what gear you were in.. Sorry dude close but no cigar

ALL of the krate bikes were 5 speeds. I know this because THAT is when I grew up. I had alemon peeler that was the yellow krate bike .The green one was the Peapicker, Red ones were apple krates. Very nice custom Stringray.
