  • so basically Everything the people built will collapse and dissapear after a dozen Centuries

  • or willis

  • I've ridden that ride! Tower of Terror, Hollywood Studios, Orlando FL

  • its like 9 11 all over again

  • These computers must be super powered! My computer would normally crash if I try something like that.

  • what thing will make all people gone

  • ONE WORLD TRADE CENTER FTW

  • Is the 110th floor the roof?? or is it another??

  • Anyone knotice this was on the HISTORY channel, you know a channel dedicated to the past.

  • If it was neglected for 200 years, would it collapse at free fall speed?

  • Once thats gone. Life will be fucked

  • me 2 i leave at chicago!! i do want THIS BUILDING TO GO DOWN!!

  • @farhantheroblox Did you mean Don't?

  • nooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • i hope this building never detructs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i live in chicago! and it would be terrible for the same thing to happen as the world trade center :'(

  • 2:50 Gee. What does that remind you of? At least there are no people in there.

  • Please come implode Sears Crosstown! This is a neat series. Going to enable History channel on the channel lineup.

  • What do they mean AFTER PEOPLE?!?

  • @clarkloveselevators after the ppl die

  • 200 years after people 2212

  • This might fall sooner than they think. It's just been insured for a huge amount of money as an asbestos liability...

  • @syg068 its chicago the best damn city in the world not a waste

  • I don't think it's 200+ mp minute!!!!

  • this might just happen before it

  • that is so freaken fake

  • @Lissette200 well.... duh

it was a program showing what would happen after people had been extinct so.. yeah... fake... WELL DONE

  • I dont see an elevator reaching 200+ mph going down... Due to air below it. this is a job for myth busters ^^

  • @Twiztidguy Agree. There would be too much wind drag to get it moving that fast. Also the trapped air at the base would compress and create a cushion as it got closer.

  • exactly I don't believe 200+ mph for a minute...@krayzeejojo

  • @Twiztidguy Its half a mile of free fall, NOTHING stops it.

  • @Vic7997 nothing stops it but air slows it. Physics doesn't allow for a 200 mph elevator fall... it just isn't possible unless theirs another force pushing on it allowing it to accelerate passed its terminal velocity.

  • @Twiztidguy Hmm, nope, no answer! Unless gravity makes any change...........

  • @krayzeejojo well the fastest time ever achived in a free fall jump was over 300 mph so i guess 200 mph would be achivable

  • @twistmenot The Sears Tower is only some 1,450 feet tall. The 300 MPH speed you're talking about can only happen if the starting point was MUCH higher and there wasn't an elevator shaft causing the restrictions I already mentioned.
