i live in jayhawk country (30 min south of lawrence, ks KU campus) and i am a life long volunteer and i still let people know about this game. this year, KU didnt schedule a game against tennessee.....wonder why? hahhaha

I know there's a lot of crap talk on the comments here, but if you are a lifelong UT basketball fan (orange blooded for 28 years now haha) you know why this game was so important and special. This was supposed to be a humiliation on our home court. After watching so many Vols players lay down and play dead for top notch teams, seeing these guys go all out to beat Kansas was great.

Pretty sure I got a noise complaint from our neighbors during this game lol

tenessee's depth sucks compared to uk and ku. uk has orton, ligins, dodson, and stevenson, two of them were starters last year which shows how good their starting 5 are now, and kansas is just as deep with collins, aldrich morningstrar, henry johnson and little, i think kansas's experience will beat uk for the title, but uk will have better talent. tennesse will loose in the first round to GTown.

ok, no kentucky defenetly has more depth of their bench with orton, ligins, and dodson off the bench, and tennessee is gonna get beat by george town in the second round, so don't fool yourselfs, tennessee fans, your a good team, but you can't pull of upsets like that on neutral floors against Kentucky or kansas, kansas is gonna win it all because of experience, with kentucky falling just short.
