I love what Donna has done for my wife to motivate her in a 45lb loss. She started working out to Donna's DVD. Later she didn't mind me watching. So I joined in, only for support. Once seeing GOD was given all glory,I was hooked. I've learned all the uplifting songs and loss 38lbs. This program has brought us closer together, and also closer to the Lord by intrusting us with his temple that we neglected to keep fit. Prayer and workout brings new blessings. Thank you Donna.
