  • that would easily beet a Lamborghini. mt brother has a foxbody and it would run 12 flat

  • try NOT burning out in the water box and see if you still get loose, your throwing water up into your wheel wells bro.

  • now thats a sweet mustang

  • That thing took off like a gay guy hears the jonas brothers are in town

  • very nice :D

  • sounds like you broke the sound barrier

  • damn thats a little sweetheart

  • sounds sick!

  • fucking thing took off like a bat outta hell

  • Awesome video. Nice STANG. Congrats.

  • what kind of block did you start with? or anybody have any suggestions?

  • 8.7 is not 8 sorry mates ^^

  • @johndagger you clearly are a britsh fuck head that drives a mini in a round- about

  • Fucking love it.. how much hp??

  • Awesome stang !

  • Ok I know some body is going to think this is a stupid question. But what is that loud BANG right as it takes off?

  • What did you do to stop it from getting loose towards the end? I have had the same problem. Thanks.

  • my name chong from china.i can beat this car ,if i win u give me your car,if u win i give you free membership @ my sisters massage parlor ok??

  • damn that 2nd launch was HARD AS SHIT

  • would u trade for a 1970 nova 2 door coupe w/ wild built 350?

  • holy mother of god!

  • FORD = Fucking Over Ricers Daily

  • DANM SEXY CAR

  • were is that at.what place?

  • @jcumiford14 Mission Raceway in B.C Canada

  • @Blown331hatch canada represent lol

  • AWESOME DUDE!!!!50 GRAND IN AND ALOT OF WORK!!!!LOL GOTTA LOVE THE FOX BODYS!!!!

  • @240sxcoupe09 Under 50G and fun work!

  • @Blown331hatch YEA MORE AND MORE PEOPLE WORK ON THEIR CARS NOW!!! QUESTION!!! HOW MUCH MONEY AND FABRICATION DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A 5.0 SINGLE TURBO???

  • @240sxcoupe09 Depends on what setup you plan on going with. You can by some pre fabbed kits for pretty cheap now. If you were to try and make it yourself, it would take a lot more work but cut the cost down a lot. The most important thing that I would recommend is to go with good quality turbos and components (eg blowoff and wastegates) the cheap no name look a likes just dont hold up.

  • @Blown331hatch Them cheap chinese pieces of shit will end up costing u more in the long run when they grenade and send shavings into your motor..

  • @Blown331hatch yea i been thinking about it for a while now! do u think twisted wedge heads are good for turbo cars??? or edelbrock heads like the rpms???

  • Nice, i just got to drive my brothers mustang around today and made me want to save up for a project car.. his is a stock 1985 Mustang GT 302 5 speed T-tops Hatch im looking for a hatch myself but a notch will do just fine! love these cars just didn't remember what it was like driving one, now i want one again haha!

  • nice!!!

  • Nice mustang,it looked just like my 88 coupe(before the guardrail on the freeway)and it sounds badass but I don't here the turbos at all.Is it a mild tune up or are you running low boost? It's sick either way bro-keep stompin' them Scumaros bro!!

  • @38decembers They are fairly quiet. Due to their size and the routing of the exhaust that dumps straight down and out from each turbo probably cancels out alot of the turbo noise.

  • @38decembers Your deaf. You can clearly hear it spooling.

  • what size turbos?

  • @Mgezee1823 61.5mm gt35's

  • it's not a mustang, it's a god damn rocket

  • wooooow dude spinnin off the line and lettin off and still runnin a 8.7 damn

  • @KaptainAmerika1 he didnt spin on the take off when you saw him sin he was smokin for traction after he stopped and whent again was the takeoff

  • a V-8 with a turbo is like the invention of pre-sliced whitebread. whitebread was awesome, then when it came sliced, it was awesome to the tenth power.

  • @MHSRULES12 lol thats pretty funny

  • is that an 1/4 or an 1/8

  • 1/4, if you look in the description, I had to get out of it up top both runs as the car got loose.

  • is that a 302? it doesnt sound like it at all.....

  • Yep, 302 based stroker (331)

  • now you see em, and now you dont! :)

  • I love the sound of a good solid launch...

  • daaaaamn i'm not a huge fan of american muscle but sometimes it just puts a big fat grin on my face. sick.

  • @nickyb628

hardly muscle, all rice parts but it halls and doesnt look like a gay civic with wings and euro taillights and foglights and gay shit

  • @terry513 what do you mean ? a v8 responds to a turbo better than a supercharger, way more tourqe and horsepower, it aint rice just beacuse of a turbo! look up racin jason the icon of turbo stangs! rip jason

  • how is that not muscle ?

  • turbo

  • shit, thats muscle all day. Just with a little bit of boost on it. What are all the outlaw 10.5 cars running these days ?

  • it has the same muscle as it would n/a, it just has more top end power added to it.

  • whats that like gun shot sound when he takes of ?

  • Prob the 1-1.5 rotations of the rear wheels RIGHT before he gets traction!! You dont hear any sound in the burnout pit cause theres usually water or some kind of oil used to get them to spin easier...notice how they let off the throttle in the pit right when they hit the dry asphalt....could def break a d-shaft if they got traction!!

  • @bigdog5986

    OIL? LOL

  • Ya.....u DO know that asphalt has OIL in it to used for bonding.....right??? Tack Coat :

Asphalt oil, usually emulsion type, applied to existing pavement during repairs or overlay paving to create a bond between the old and new asphalt. I wasn't jokin dude...im a construction worker....I know this stuff!!!

  • Just by reading your words, You're saying the "Bonding OIL" goes between the old and new surface. OK that is believable. You can then agree that the "Bonding OIL" doesn't belong on the surface you intend to drive on.

I have never seen anything other then plain water used in the burnout box, except back in the old days, they sometimes used bleach for HUGE clouds of smoke, hence the term "Bleach Box".

  • bleach always makes it 100 times better haha

  • @N2Otorious plus when bleach gets hot then cools it chemicly changes and there for get stickier then water. but hey waters cheaper than bleach right lol

  • Not poking fun at ya, or anything, just that the oil thing was odd. last thing we need is a ricer pouring 20w50 on the track for his burn out.

  • Haha for sure....I was gonna add that in too but i am waaaaay toooo embarrased that they even brought those pos's over here even to begin with lmao!! They dont deserved to be acknowledged lol...cant even touch american muscle without help...usually from about 20 turbos connected in a series lmao!

  • @N2Otorious omg i would let them cuz they would never hook and end up ripping the rice effects off his car would be pricless but then agian the track would need a good cleaning lol

  • tires gripping.

  • Comment removed

  • probably the clutch... either that or the transbrake... not 100% sure though

  • sheeeeezus

  • if it aint a mustang, its just a bitch :)

  • if it aint a mustang, its just fast

  • Stangs FTW

  • I'ma chevy guy but a twin'd fox is hard to beat. tipping in in the 2xxx lb range is a huge advantage.

And the bitch moves out of the hole to..

  • i hear ya man,, im a ford guy, but i love anything fast and american, i love seeing small block S10s that haul, and new Corvettes beating up on $350K lambos, but bang for the buck, a stripped down notchback mustang with a nice motor is Very hard to beat and for the $ nearly impossible

  • @IRONSEAN7 im with you too

I like GM cars but anything that hauls ass and is american i love

  • nice car...

    kool sound

  • car talk lol

  • that car launches very well, what did you do to stabilize the car to keep down the chassis tweak, very interested to know.

  • Anti roll bar.

  • what is under the hood is it street legal, i want to build fox body that is street legal under 10.

  • Beautiful fox body and a amazing build!!

  • why you do your burnout in the water?

  • Easier on the tires as well as less strain on the drivetrain to start spinning.

  • what year mustang is this?

  • 1988

  • goddamn that thing launches so well, thats the shit dreams are made of, nicely done man.

  • amazing car!!! like my friend says " it's not what you buy, it's what you build" here a perfect example of that....

  • Sick stang!!! How much hp does it have?

  • 1000+

  • Which lower intake does it fit? I'm building a windsor based motor so I'll have to buy a lower intake if I can afford to buy it from you.

  • fits any Trick flow R lower intakes. They make 302 or 351 based lower intakes for them. Should be lots for sale used.

  • Wow I was looking at that intake and its very pricey. Is it worth the money?

  • Definitely worth it. I picked up nearly half a second with my old blower setup. I will be selling my old igloo setup shortly for roughly 1500USD

  • What kind of intake is that? It looked very square. Is that a blow threw carb setup?

  • That is the Vortech Mondo air to water intercooler. I am now upgrading to an in car setup.

  • WOW that car is SICK!!!!!!!! Whats done to the chassis to make it hook??? Its BEAUTIFUL

  • Thanks, it has front coil overs, rear anti roll bar and fully adjustable rear control arms along with adjustable shocks.

  • yea baby? F.O.R.D. = First On Race Day

  • 28x11.5??? spool it up some more

  • 28x10.5, it leaves the line at 14psi, any more and it just blows the tires off.

  • sick car man !!!

  • god that thing launches so nice, and where is this track it looks like a cool place

  • Thanks, the track is called Mission raceway.

  • car is for sale on racing junk, cleanest ive ever seen

  • sorry, car is not for sale. There is probably a few that look similar though.

  • I have a 1991 Mustang GT and on ebay they have a twin turbo kit for a nice price. How hard was it to put that kit on your 5.0 and how long did it take?

  • It depends on what kit you buy. Mine was a custom made kit and fit well. Just do your research on the kit first before you buy something for a cheap price.

  • That's what it's all about. FORD ALL DAY!!!!!

  • Dad used to have one of these. I just hate the look :(

  • This is why I love Mustangs FORD LIFE!!! Fuckin awesome!!!

  • wacthing this stang is addictive....Are you running a Big Stuff ECU? also...is the intercooler air to air? thx for your vid

  • I run the AEM standalone system. The intercooler is the Vortech Mondo Air to water. I run a 5 gallon cell in the back I fill with ice water and it pumps it through the intercooler which sits on top of the intake.

  • Looks like it's hooking up nicely! Great car. Is it a 93?

  • Thanks, it hooks well for a small 10.5" tire. The car is an 88 as well.

  • nice vid, how much whp/tq?

  • Not exactly sure, I have dynoed it but the numbers were crap. It just ran a new best this weekend of 8.39@163 with a 1.2860ft.

I would think it would be making 950+RWHP and 800+ torque.

  • Once he gets used to this combo, its going to be animal! Great Vid.

  • i am already very used to this combo, its just hooking up that I am working on now. I am in the process of installing a programmable boost control system and installing a rear wing. Should go low 8's

  • thats freakin sick bro just finished the diy system on my 5.0
