I tried it again with the disk in and after a few minutes a circle with line through show up over the top of the apple symbol and just sits there. Would the bios have anything to do with that. I am on A22. I noticed that when I choose the boot order my option is Internal HDD (IRRT).
I followed the steps but for some reason leopard won't boot on it's own. I have to have the disk in and then it works only half the time. I completed the first round of updates and when I went to restart it won't run?
Am I missing something or did you *not* explain how you got the files for fixing the sound?

It will work as long as you install the 1390 dell wireless card, they are like 15 bucks on ebay.
