I live on the Isle of Man in the UK about 3000 miles from the USA and i watched the Documentary tonight on a Channel called CBS Reality vis Satellite. The immediate interview with Jennifer Asbenson had me in tears. I have never heard of anything so frightening in my life. This wonderful brave lady deserves the support of everyone. I jotted her name on a piece of paper to look this up as it affected me. This man Urdiales took the lives of others and destroyed families

I guess what's confusing me here is the lack of compassion and that idea she deserved to die because she foolishly got in a car with a stranger. It comes across like those rape cases where a woman is blamed because of what she was wearing. Does the situation horrify you less to blame her or something? I'm just asking.

@knals16 Yes, confused you are. Nothing I've written is venemous. However, a comment such as yours which reads, " I hope you get murdered someday" IS venemous. It's horrible. Leaving comments like that discredtis you a great deal. Not necessary to let all these "asshats" get under your skin so much. In terms of this being entirely the fault of the killer, I agree with you but people need to be more careful in the choices they make. Of course I am not saying anyone deserves to get killed.

In her interview on the show "I Survived" she said that she knew that he was probably going to slowly torture her to death and when she started taunting him saying "you aren't really going to kill me, you can't. Do it right here!" she was hoping that he would get angry and kill her quickly instead of making her suffer.

@Skindoggiedog What taunting him and telling him to kill her right here did was make him, out of defiance, throw her in the trunk of his car and head to another location. While in the trunk she was able to escape.

He killed 8 or 9 women if I remember correctly. Do you think all of them fought back?
