I was in high school at this time, and always carefully scanned the listings to make sure I never missed George Carlin guest starring on any show. I remember being in school the day of the program, all excited about George being on that evening. I remember these Flip Wilson appearances well.

I think Mickey Ruarke was imitating Carlin's hippy dippy weatherman when he played Bukowski in Barfly. And Robert DeNiro was trying to look exactly like the hippy dippy weatherman when he played Satan in Angel Heart--opposite Ruarke. Weird, man.

@TheDarkSatirist I do, it is from the Flip Wilson show. I put the ones I have together, all 3 of my videos are 6 total clips from the Flip Wilson show. Hope that answers your question.

It was Flip Wilson who got George Carlin on his 'Little David' record label.Carlin's albums includes:FM&AM,Class Clown,Occupatin:Foole and Toledo Window Box...just to name a few.
