@MrMagicisfun it is to keep the ammunition in the loading chamber of the magazine, their is an area on the bottom which is a gear, that takes bb's from the holding part of the magazine and transfers them into the part of the gun that feeds into the gun, if you don't do this often enough, you won't have any bullets in your gun.

ICS do very high quality MP5s for about £200. If you want an M4 or an AK you'll be looking at a bit over £250.

Have a look at guns from ICS, TM, G&P, G&G or KA.

Looks like a lot of fun. What are the loud bangs heard off in the distance intermittently? What's the effective range of the airsoft rifles?

One thing I find interesting is the fact that no one is obeying general firearms safety rules.... Finger off trigger, sweeping other with the muzzle, etc. Not that they're real firearms but I bet if you took a burst in the butt it wouldn't feel nice.

Does look like loads of fun though.

Well, 120 mph for airsoft is about 176 feet per second, which at the point that the bb reaches the end of the barrel, it would go about 10 feet. My airsoft gun shoots at 410 feet per second which is equivalent to about 280 mph. So... by your comment, any normal airsoft gun hurts a hell of a lot more than paintball.

@darkstar242 im just guessing because of the mass the paintball has, 300 fps between a paintball n a bb, the paintball would hurt, but from PERSONAL experience, they are the same, the paintballs just mark you, and if you play with a shirt, if not lucky you will have a welt 1cm in diameter... the paintballs are a bit more convinient as they mark you, and you are easier to call out from a single/double shot
