I have a question..i keep getting a message that says im low on space and i need to delete files to free up storage..I cannot seem to find a way to delete these files...I have deleted pictures and videos and it will still not allow me to add any new pictures...Please help

hey when i connect ma phone to pc then i am having a one of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it. now i realise i am getting this error because of sd card any help to fix

you have to go inside the phone to

1.settings

2. connections

3.usb

4.then scroll thru till you find mass storage

5.select this option

6.reconnect your phone to your computer, and it should recognize the usb cable.

And if you have an sd card installed, you still go thru the same process. It took my computer a minute to recognize my phone as well, until i went and did this process, now i can put music, photos and videos on my phone! i love this phone!

let me tell you something i have the samsung messenger 2 for metro pcs and it is 199 dollars brand new i have only had the phone for 3 weeks and the were trying to give me only 40 bucks for it. so yeah fuck that. mine as well sell it on craigslist like i did and i guarantee you that you will get alot more for it than metro pcs offers.

You can sell it back but you will only get back about 60 bucks no matter who long ago you bought it. You are better off selling it to someone other than Metro and just buying the code out right. That is what I am going to do. I got the Finesse thinking I wanted a touch screen phone, but man I would NEVER get a touch screen again. I got so tired of it.

metro has a 30 day return promise... but i believe, as long as it isnt damaged, they will allow u 2 return it n get credit toward the next phone you buy... not full credit tho

Thank you for posting this, i found it very useful. And i also agree, Metro has always been none to be the cheap career but their stepping up their game. With this phone and the BlackBerry, but i still think this phone is better than the BlackBerry even though its cheaper.
