He isn't a con artists, as predictions don't come true in the predicted way almost any time. He predicted the 9/11 in this clip, but to him it was supposed to happen in 2000 and on a much larger scale. Once a prediction is made known on a certain scale, the collective consciousness will take choices to avoid the future that is not preferable.

Digging, how do you research a topic like the moon being an unnatural object?? All you can do is read the claims of people like Collier and other con-artists. I can write a book saying the moon is made of cheese. Does that make it true?

I don't think he is lying...but I think his sources are not entirely reliable. I also tend to think he channeled rather than actually flying in spaceships.
