Was this with a 2-in, 2-out muffler, and no Y-pipe? If so, what model number Magnaflow?

@keithbarrette its just a muffler swap....single in dual out ran back with dual tips on each side....i'm not sure on the part number you could look it up on their website with the specs...should be pretty easy to find....

@mcpimpdaddy1 I can't imagine what the issue is then....when the RPMs fluctuate does the speed? Does it do it when you're driving with your foot on the pedal or just when the cruise is on? I've been doing ALOT of driving here lately with my truck and never had any issues like you've stated. Is the Banks exhaust the only mod you've done?

Just installed Banks Monster Exhaust on my 07 Frontier. I'm having issues with the way it runs on the freeway. Cruise Control shuts off by itself cuz it doesn't seem to be able to pull. and rpm's surge a bit when you try to accelerate a bit on the freeway. Any issues like that with your set-up? Thanks-MC

@mcpimpdaddy1 I've never had an issue out of my setup. Even when I was running just the exhaust swap. I've now got a Volant intake and Bully Dog Gauge Tuner. I've also never heard of symptoms like you're stating from just an exhaust swap. I know the Banks is a 3inch catback but still. Was it running fine before the exhaust swap?

No doubt, the 318 sounds pretty mean with a good exhaust setup. I plan on puttin it on 22"s eventually. Maybe lower it a little.

Pretty much. Once I get the money together I'm getting a Bully Dog Gauge Tuner and Volant Intake. One day I'll also get a Fabtech lift, 20" rims and 35" tires. :D

It's like $2.50 a gallon for diesel and $2.05 a gallon for premium gas.

I wish I could have had the option to get a diesel version. I might have opted for that. I heard they were slow as shit though. I love my VQ35DE though.
