Thanks MCP. I don't routinely do anything like this as a job, but I do occasionally edit rather dull corporate-style communications videos for streaming on the network at work.
I had a couple of days professional training on editing software to get me going, but probably more important has been the opportunity to play around with good kit without having to worry about tedious stuff like RAM, ROM, disk space, OS crashes, etc!
That's really cool! I'm one of the pilots on the film and I didn't realise anyone was filming! Lovely spot to fly but the conditions on that day weren't great - it was hard staying up!
Ahhh... you did several runs past me on the ridge whilst I was filming, so I have more footage of you doing similar stuff as you gradually lost height. (What goes up, must come down... sometime!)
I was using a monopod - one leg rather than three - so I could use the zoom on the camera without everything going to pot.
Any good for us poor HG pilots on that site ?

Do you do this as a job? Your camera work and editing is top notch.

the side-slope options looked pretty scary. But some people seemed to manage it! Which wing is yours?

Mine is the Red/Blue/White one that comes into shot at 1:32 - looks a bit like the pepsi logo... :) Nice steady filming, did you use a tripod?

A truly engaging video with great editing and a moving sound track. A great asset to the Paragliding community. Keep up the good work.

Cheers! Being ground-based I'm not distracted by flying opportunities... and I don't have to carry an aircraft up big hills!

It's a fabulous site. Well worth a trip if you haven't been there. Quite a steep climb, but worth it. My pictures don't do it justice!

Superb video - very well put together. I bet this looks truly fantastic when viewed at proper quality/resolution.
Once again - Nice one!
