Even with vacation hours, vacations are not allows allowed. Low pay, tops at $10/hr even after 4 years, policies and procedures are not upheld by franchisees unless they need them to be. No bonus', Rules and expectations constantly changing.
Better off as a stylist. Managers only make about $30 extra Not worth it.
