Hi everyone. I'm leaning more toward TheGalacticGrappler's guess for a 1941 Plymouth. Google images show a collection of cars whose body shape closely resembles this one. But in saying that, the 1940 Chrysler does bear a slight resemblance too...only slightly though.
I love what they have done to this car all the same, even though I prefer my classic cars to look the part, factory standard.... But that's just me. :)
@Atlantean04 I think you're on the right track. I'm pretty sure it's a Chrysler product; a Chrysler, Dodge or Plymouth. Whatever it was before it was customized.... it's one of a kind now. The paint job looks so much better than if it was just one color.... a nicely done CCC ...Cool Custom Car
@TheGalacticGrappler I'm not absolutely sure. I'm leaning more towards a vintage Chrysler but I can't remember for sure at this point. Maybe another viewer may know and fill us in.

Who's the builder or outfit that built this awsome peice of ART

@Taikomaniac I do not know. It was at a World of Wheels car show a couple of years ago, or so. Maybe someone viewing this knows who built it.

@giantart thank you, we will see what others think it was before it's transformation.

The distinctness of the front clip coming to a sharp point was the give-away for me. Very nice capture here, my friend.
