you need to try blonde tips like.. a carmel blonde it would look grreat!

Purple doesn't last long, unless you dye it like dark purple with Schwarzkopf or something but if you want a light purple it fades within a few days/weeks. You just have to keep reapplying it, add some in your conditioner every so often. You can't get permanent colours though, it's all semi :) I think directions is the best brand though xxx

i think your hair are really pretty that way. I have semi-permanent dye all over my bleached head :P and when you've applied the colored dye a couples of time after it washed out, it actually hold betters afterwards and last longer.. that's what I've observed. And the blue dye fades but never goes off completely and becomes gray-like and that's sucks. with manic panic

i think the reason why the dye didn't work for you was because Virgin Snow is a toner, not a dye. It's meant to turn brassy blonde hair white or neutral.

@jemvaughan i'm not an expert or anything, but the reason you use bleach is to lighten your hair so the color shows up, but since you already have dirty blonde hair and you don't want it too bright, i don't think you really need to bleach your hair.

plus it saves you from the damage bleach does!

@bestfriendsxox3 Depends how blonde... if it's like light blonde then no but also depends what colour if you go darker then no if you want your hair light.. e.g. light pink or light blue or light anything =.= then probably (again depending on lightness of your hair). And bleach does kind of stain it but it fades a bit.. also it'll grow out naturally (if you go for a hair cut.) :) hope i helped ♥

I did this and I used splat hair dye, which works REALLY good, if you're just bleaching the ends all you need is the one box, (comes in purple, green, red, blue, aqua, and pink) and a brush, cause it comes with everything else.

I recommend heating up your hair in foil for the bleach too it makes it lighter :)

And can last for months.
