  • MOST OF THE PEOPLE LOOK AT YOU THE WAY THAT A NORMAL PERSON DOES IF YOU LOOK NOT AS NORMAL!! PEOPLE LOOK WIERD OR TALK WEIRD THEY THOUGH YOU HAVE MENTAL ILLNESS OR RETARDED!! NOT TRUE LOOK AT ONE'S ACCOMPLISHMENTS NOT HOW ONE ACT!!

  • i have dislexia and i get made fun of but just cus i have that dose not mean i am stupid i am just as normal as other people so people who make fun of peole like us knok it offfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

  • Ummm ? very concerned

  • Great video. I have a physical disability, that can change how it affects me from day to day. I have had people say I'm lying or exaggerating, because I can do something ok one day, but not the next. I use a wheelchair at times, and have had people tell me that because I can walk, I should never use the chair. They don't see how much faster I am in the chair, or how much less tired, limited, and in less pain I will be. I agree with you that it is screwed up.

  • wonderful video. My daughter is autistic and so I know what you're talking about at least from our angle. People can be insensitive and ignorant.

  • Hmmm I can totally sympathize with this.

I can act very normal at times. But unlike normal people constant social interaction is very mentally draining on me.

  • Aspie girls are awesomesauce. :3

  • "And, sort of the reason I became interested in this kind of thing, is because I have AS - which is basically a disability that makes you be a weirdo" - I like that sentence ^^

  • life is hard and a lot of times life is not fair and there are mean people out there that does not have a good heart! thats one thing i have learned about life and people will always talk about other people. witch they shouldnt do because no one knows how someone feels untile they have the problem them selfs and are in your shoes!!!!! anyways you are great keep makeing vedios i find your vedios really interesting and great!

  • but anyways everyone is bad and good at something im a very creative person and i love comeing up with new ideas and i also LOVE FASHION WITH ALL MY HEART!!!!! LOL

and danceing and singing and pahgraphy i know i didnt spell that right! LOL youtube has been a great place for me to show people what im good at and what i love you should check out my fashion designs and let me know what you think i would love it if you did stop by my channel! i think you are a great person inside and out.

  • hey nice vedio i know how you feel when you say that you

have this problem and people try to say your fakeing because i have

an mild mental disabilite going to school was pertty hard because kids would make fun and say that i was fakeing and nothing was wrong with me. I know im not crazy or anything like that i have a really hard time with reading and spelling and math just everything learning wise! i mean i can't help it how god made me i am who i am no matter what.

  • How does it make you feel when I say something like, " all belongs to the eternal night." You dont' like it, and that's why our society isn't deep. The pack doesn't want to think about that. They want sexy candy.

  • I just want to be fixed. The problems I had when I was younger were due to a state that I was put into, so I didn't @ at the right times @ and people abuse(d) me. Of course I wasn't going to do as well as everyone else in conditions like that. IT was my attitude that made them hone in on me. Humans are pack mammals that want uniformity. I was deviant, a threat.

  • they all do, but they're hiding their disability and not going into their new life forms. I'm not going to my new life form because I won't survive.

  • People with aspergers are just a different human design. We lack the herd mentality and the autopilot, so we have to learn everything by concious practise. This uses a lot of energy, but the result is just as good or better, because we learn more from the learning process than NT's

  • Good vlog! I have dyscalculia which isn't visible to any person I come into contact with on a daily basis. So, whenever I try a new job employers don't understand why I may not work as fast as their other workers. it's also worse dealing with friends because they don't understand my struggles.

  • You understand this, and explain it very well. I hope that some people who do NOT understand can learn by listening to you. Thank you for speaking up.

  • I am an Aspie too. We have the ability to do things differently is how I see it.

  • This is the first time I've heard a person with this disability speak. You sound highly intelligent as a matter of fact you sound like an individual who has an above average intelligence. Best of luck and I hope you have happiness in your life. During those times when you are having difficulty just know there are many of us out there who see a beautiful and intelligent girl who expresses herself very well. The only thing I would change in you is to get you to drop the F word . Take care!!!

  • Making people aware of these issues is not a bad thing. You stepped up and took the time to make people understand these issues. I give you two thumbs UP! It takes lots of courage to do what you have done! I myself am differently able. I have had many struggles in my life as now I am going to be 22 yrs. I have over come multiple obstacle in my life. I have Spina Bifida and have been tryn to make people aware of my problems. As well as the issues of my friends that share thoughts as I do!

  • I like it :)

  • cont. -- to try to listen and use my hearing is exhausting just like "looking normal" is for you. it's something i can do for a bit but not all the time. this is something most people don't get. you have a great point that we shouldn't live in fear of other people's black and white thinking.

  • great video. i'm blind/hard of hearing and much like your friend with his cane, it's crossed my mind what if people think i'm "faking" my hearing loss cause i'm browsing youtube? it's a stupid way of thinking, but that IS how others think. i'm always afraid they will take the fact that i can hear some videos in a quiet room and use that for why i might not need an interpreter or tactile communication methods in another situation.

  • i have cerbril polsey and i may have to go up in front of my class and explane what i have but im narvuse do u have any advice

  • not really. I mean, I don't have cp, but even I did I don't know what to tell you to make you less nervous. :) If you're having trouble figuring out how to describe it, you could just go on wikipedia and look at how they describe it. and maybe describe how it affects your life and what kind of accommodations/treatment you have? sorry I can't be more helpful, good luck.

  • @gorramdoll its okay ur really smart thanks ill try that ur awsome

  • Maybe you can join the drama club and tell everyone that you write monologues for plays. :)

  • ".....that makes you be a weirdo"

    favorite line..it sounds funny.

watching your video makes me think that i have asperger's sydrome..

and..i agree with what you say.

  • I know where you're coming from with the whole "can do them but can't do them very well" perspective. I have ADD, diagnosed at age 6, and people write it off so much because people are always oh you use that as an excuse you don't really have it, if I'm not interested in the subject I'm in the class of right then, ya know even as a regular kid it's hard to pay attention but with my learning disability I think it's worse.

  • yeah of course! I mean disabilities that are "a more extreme version of being a regular kid" are still disabilities, you know? just because someone can say "ohh it's hard to concentrate when I'm not interested" doesn't mean they have the experiences of a real person with ADD.

  • Brilliant video!!! I completely agree with you.

  • You speak so much sense, I wish everyone could think like this.

  • working in the tech industry, i have many, many friends with aspbergers. i think often disabilities are actually just extremes from the norm, as these things fall along a continuum. my friends with aspbergers have brilliant minds and can juggle concepts and ideas beyond me with ease. in return, they might be a little awkward socially. whatever, i am a huge fan of awkward.

  • hey I can't remember if I answered you about the song you sent me. I liked it. I was going to say it sort of sounded backwards, but I can't remember why I thought that. It just reminded me of the way music sounds when it's reversed.

  • :[

    i feel you.

i have motor Tourette's and try to hide it the best way that i can, and people don't believe that i have it when i tell them, because they just think Tourette's makes you constantly yell "SHIT PISS FUCK" all the time, where i just have muscle spasms.
