Please help me! I downloaded the latest version of wiremod and when ever i spawn anything in the wire area it had errors on the side of my screen and whenever i spawn a screen my grafics go out. Please respond!

you need the wire models, you probably downloaded wire from garrysmod website. go to the wiremod forums and look for the SVN tutorial. it should come with the models.
