OMG!! I just made these gefilte fish. My Cuban/Jewish family and gentile friends and I Loved them. As a bit of a joke, I made some matzo balls and set them in the broth with some more carrots and called it gefilte-matzo-ball soup. The soup was awesome too. Yehcheskil's bubby would be proud. :D LOL P.S. The world needs more B.K. Nadia and crew are the best food program I have ever seen. Oh yeah...Shiksa does NOT mean anything disparaging. Peace & Love

I liked my Bubby's but mostly gefilte fish is pretty bland - i was shoked the first time i had it somewhere else. Nice spice up! I'd have to try it but like frolicking Panos [i love Greek names, so easy to spell] myself i would have a hard time looking at the Halibit now and not just wanting to five it a light frying or baking.... oh my fish.
