  • True but keep in mind that Materials Engineering / Materials Science is not limited to Metallurgy. What you have described relates to metals. Polymers, ceramics, composites are all related to materials engineering. The presentation likey was targeting examples of materials rather than a detailed discussion say on mechanical metallurgy or solidification theory.

  • This is not materials engeeniring, when did she talked about dislocations, or grian size, or level of ductility, o any manterial property, FCC BCC HCP, this is just presenting materials of high performance but not talking about materials engeeniring.
