  • This is a great idea! It's like halfway between doing a close-grip row in the front and doing a behind the back barbell row for the rear delts. I think it must allow more weight due to better back angle and I bet the hammer grip is a nice medium between doing a supine vs prone grip on a barbell.

    I really want to try this when I get a trap bar.
