It shows dude clearly raising a silver/black cell phone and pointing it like a gun.. then the cops unloaded on him.. it was just messed up that they kept shooting while his back was turned as well.

my cousin been in all south florida jails and he in rikers now.. he swears rikers is madd comfortable compared to the southern prison system which is based on military. in rikers ur allowed to wear ur own clothes, walk around.. better food mostly single cells.. its not as bad as u think.
