  • I'm being induced with my second child tomorrow and your video gave me hope to not be afraid. I had an all natural birth the first time and now I'm scared because I have to do it again. I think your family is lovely and your children are all so beautiful! Good job! :)

  • @Jazz2009ism Awesome! Being induced is tough. I've been there a few times. I have Justus' birth from 9 mos ago where I was induced, hopefully that can give you a little sense of what happens with you get an epidural (I always go into pitocin shock on pit and cant handle them without an epidural). Just click on the picture above to see it if you havent.

Oh this is my other losing weight channel, hahaha! :)

  • Beautiful

  • @sillyvanilla Try pronouncing it 'emma Lia' and then you have it right. It's not like 'uhmeliah'. And nope- no food stamps, but that would be an interesting parody wouldn't it...

  • @sillyvanilla What a disgusting thing to say. I hope you're kidding.

  • how many children do you have???? (just askin) :)

  • @shaemac98 I have 7 now :)

  • @JynMeyer Holy shit! 7?! Wow, big family! :) This is so awesome!:)) I bet you're very happy:)

  • @shaemac98 But I am starting a postpartum weight loss here soon! If you are interested, check out my other channel, PostpartumLoser

  • @shaemac98 That's my mom and including me now 7. She had another boy in May. :D His name is justus.

  • It`s so beautiful. *___* I was crying during the whole video.

  • Wow, wonderful video. Enjoy your baby, thank you so much for sharing this blessed event with us. :) Jenn

  • beautiful =]

  • love the picture where u hold ur baby n ur husband is kissing u =) i cant waity for my baby to be born =) i am also doing water birth =) greeting from Chicago

  • this video is so beautiful like u an ur lil one <3 amazing

  • I'm glad you posted this. I've been seriously comtemplating water birth with this baby and I think I really want to do it now.

  • @sallygirl2006 if you dont ever want kids then why are you watching a water birthing video in the first place???

  • Did it hurt!!

  • I Want a girl and boy.

  • Seriously people! If you have nothing Nice to say them say Nothing at ALL! The woman just gave BIRTH! You're judgment isn't needed! * Great job Mom*(:

  • Can you please tell me was this a hospital setting? and what state?

  • dayum smexy

  • @ainanor i know who does that but when i say that i get a argument started

  • Hi! Did you have her in a hospital setting? I've always wanted to do water birthing when I have my own children, but I'm afraid of something going wrong and not being in a hospital. I didn't think hospitals did waterbirths!

  • so it didn't hurt during a water birth and was it much of a pain reliever.

  • Which one betterr regular birth or water birth,,?

  • Interesting discussion. The video reminds me of the birth of my first- she weighed the same as Emma- and transition SO fast and then she was THERE! Wow- I have never seen my husband so entranced! For Birth2 we had to decide (Would we allow her to see me in labor.) But it was even faster and he was nearly born in the car on the way there- we ended up pulling over to a hospital on the way to the hospital we PLANNED to use, and he was there with my shirt still on- our daughter saw him right after!

  • Aww cute baby i hope everything goes well GOOD LUCK!!!!

  • Great job mom!!! I think you did a beautiful job!!! Kudo's to you and your new baby!!

  • oooohh she's so cute!!!!

  • Emmalia Antoinette? wow. Thats's a super pretty name :)

  • Is water birth easier than normal birthing in a hospital with an epidural?

  • Thankyou for uploading this video, not being able to have kids, videos like this give me the experianc i will never have.

  • @bjh4th awhhh "(

  • NICE! And how WONDERFUL that the medical community is FINALLY getting that women are right when we follow what our bodies tell us to do! Thanks for sharing this. You birth and family pictures are lovely!

  • Wow! This was all so beautiful! I'm happy that your daughter got to witness such a beautiful birthing experience.

  • I STARTED TO CRY SAW THAT LITTLE CHILD IN MOTHERS ARMS.. :-)

    SO BEAUTIFULL..

  • So hospitals actually do waterbirth? It seems easier from what I've heard.

  • AAAW EMMA is so adwibal! I can't wait to have a kid of my own.

  • she is so adorable!!!

  • august 6th is my birthday yay!!!!!!!

  • Okay everyone please don't get mad when I ask this because I mean no disrespect. But isn't that not safe for the baby to be born underwater?

  • @funnyproduction1000 Yes, it's completely safe. Research it! :) The baby gets all their oxygen from the umbilical cord and will not take a breath under water.

  • i was surprised you gave birth to her ! you looked even gorgeous right after !(:

  • beautiful video:)

  • was she on facebook updating her status to "giving birth, cant talk"

  • @justjuice1992 Nope, mostly just chatting and giving updates! HAHAHA! I was fully conversational until my water broke and then five minutes later Emma was here.

I am REALLY wondering what it's going to be like this next time (Im due in 8 weeks). We're naming him Justus John Mark, btw. :)

  • @JynMeyer congratulations, thats a nice name :) mine is similar. justin hehe

  • @JynMeyer Awww congrats

  • @JynMeyer Beautiful Video, I'm also due in 8 weeks with a little boy :) Congrats on Emmalia!

  • @JynMeyer i hope everything went just as smooth with the birth of your son. you come up with the cutest names!

  • @JynMeyer have u had your justus yet or is he still not ready? :)

  • @JynMeyer How did it go? :)

  • U and ur baby r beautiful

  • Beautiful video! Thank you for sharing one of life's most precious moments!

  • @sallygirl2066

Yup! And they have seen my other births too. They have seen all my birth videos, blood and everything and it doesn't phase them one bit. They don't see it as 'gross' because we never taught them it was gross. It's just someone having a baby to them .:) Thanks for commenting!

  • @JynMeyer We couldn't have a water birth (not an option at the local hospital), but I was still able to have completely natural, drug-free deliveries with both my girls. Our older daughter (age 4 1/2 at the time) was present for her sister's birth and even got to announce the sex of the baby! Like you, we treated birth as a natural event and nothing "gross," and it's now one of her fondest memories! Congrats!

  • @sallygirl2066 gross or cute?????

  • @ginaweezy both but mostly kinda gross

  • @sallygirl2066 you're an idiot.

  • @FUl0VECk i think its wrong for a little girl to see their mother in pain and their vaginas being spread apart that is just wrong

  • @sallygirl2066 how is it wrong? it's natural and beautiful.. you're just being ridiculous. and who says vaginas, seriously?

  • @FUl0VECk yeah its fine without the child around but with a little girl having to see her mother in pain is wrong especially for a girl that young and why would you let your daughter see your vagina thats the name of the part of the body isnt it want me to say vag or pussy seriously im not a fucking sailor see that is just digusting i mean would you want to see that i would rather stare at myself i never want kids ever and this is the reason why

  • @sallygirl2066 you seriously need to grow up love

  • @sallygirl2066 you seriously need to grow up love, its natural birth and if she wanted her child there its up to her, you have no right butting in and saying what should or shouldnt be done, now do 1!

  • @Nikki181292 grow up do you know how old i am its my opinion of what it is i dont give a shit about anything you say i say what i want and my decision is to never have kids got it i really dont care about anything you say so dont bother commenting back

  • @sallygirl2066 i will fuk u with my hotdogs

  • I wish all births were this easy!

  • WHEN I GET OLDER IM HAVING WATERBIRTH

  • ويعععععععععع الولاده زي كذا

  • cute !!!

  • i turned 13 on that day! :) hehe

  • This is so wonderful looking video. Thanks for posting!!!

  • Thesatifyingsarah I'm only twelve but my moms a nurse specializing in water birth and it has tons of benefits like labor going faster and less paifull it helps baby react calmly and it also is a grate way to help the cervix dialate and tighten faster after birth

  • why would you have your baby in water?!

  • @TheSatisfyingSarah because when the baby is inside the womb its basically surrounded by fluids which is basically water. if you have the baby underwater its like they never left the womb until they get the baby out from under the water. its perfectly natural.

  • @TheSatisfyingSarah ummm, cus she CAN ! i meannn, it is HERRR baby ! dumb ass.

  • My Mom works at OHSU. :)

  • Beautiful video. I cried viewing it. Thanks for sharing.

    Louise

  • She birthed with absolute grace and beauty!

Water is the perfect birth companion. When I had my water birth it was that missing link that connected me with the energy and wisdom of birth. As soon as I got in the water birth became so familiar to me and it just flowed. It was magical.

  • cute baby

  • why she inside the water??

  • @Tik21204 Because she was born there.. she is wrapped in a towel on my belly.

  • I'd try and drown it too

  • Umm...are women allowed to look this BEAUTIFUL when about to give birth?! Way to break a stereotype Jyn! I love it- thanks for sharing ps Did you get to rock climbing this summer? ;)

  • @Sienna10Sunz Unfortunately- no :(

I started to try and lose weight but well... found out were expecting baby #7! This time Im shooting for a homebirth. We're very excited!

  • Wow what a pretty woman she is. Not red and sweaty like what you would expect.

    This is so sweet. Congratulations!

  • @WetPants08 Well that CAN happen! Usually when you are overheated though... the room was the perfect temperature.

Having a cheerful frame of mind and peaceful air does a HUGE service to labor! I was high on natural endorphins for DAYS! Thank you for your comment. :)

  • Beautiful! What hospital are you at?

  • @SurroMomUS That was OHSU (Oregon Science Health University) Portland, Oregon

    Happy 1st birthday Emmalia!

  • @JynMeyer Congratulations! YOu and your baby are beautiful!

  • The idea that women carry around new life for 9 months is something that they should be deeply respected for a lot.

Good video, good music to accompany it with too.

  • my name is emma nice chose :)

  • Thank you for posting this video! I plan on having a waterbirth in August, and this video was nice to see. Congratulations :o)

  • @synchrodoll

How did it go for you??

  • @JynMeyer

Hi there, well, I had a natural childbirth but unfortunately not a waterbirth because it all went too fast, she wasn't low enough in the birth canal and they needed to get my daughter out as soon as possible because her heart rate started slowing down. Overall, a very scary experience...there were 3 doctors and 4 nurses in the room with me, pushing on my stomach, etc. :o( Fortunately, my baby is healthy and doing well, just taking a nap as I write this. Maybe next time! :o)

  • what a gorgeous name!! you and your babya are so beautiful

  • Awesome video. Beautiful Music.

  • @crick77

    God Bless your baby....

  • @crick77

    How did the birth go???

  • Now you're a hot momma!

  • omg!!! congrats!!!

  • Very nice video!

  • I've heard many people ask if you were actually allowed to give birth in water at OHSU, or if you were made to get out after your water broke. I'm glad you were able to give birth in water! Congratulations :)

  • They do require you to take a free class, and really- it's more or less to help you understand what to expect.

Birthing is birthing- it's about doing what helps and what is comfortable. Sometimes that is walking other times squatting, and its the same with waterbirth. You learn about situations like if your baby is crowning, you cant stand up in the water and then sit back down since air on the cheek can cause them to take a breath. Otherwise it's all under water.

  • What a beautiful video! You look so gorgeous during your birthing, amazing! I looked like a wreck! I had a waterbirth a few months ago. Congratulations!

  • Aww, I felt the same way though! COngratulations!

  • Congratulations! She is beautiful :) - Thanks for posting this video, I want to have a waterbirth myself and its great to see the positive experiences of others! Good luck with your new bub!
