@NikkyHellrose agree 100%. he's no techical wizard like gilbert, vai, or malmsteen. but he's laid down some fantastic classic riffs that rock. he plays what the song requires. mick along w/ lynch, demartini, & sambora are responsible for my interest in the guitar. home sweet home is my all time favorite guitar solo. brilliant piece of work.

@resqfireman maybe... this is an extract from an interview back in 2008 : "Obviously, between super-big drums and big crash cymbals, Tommy isn't into the concept of "less is more." "Not at all," he says, laughing. "But look what I have to compete with: fourteen Marshall stacks... ten Ampeg stacks... I need gear that's going to bang it up!"

Currently, his new kit is pretty small (i mean, standard size)... but it's on a rollercoaster... Terror Twins ? Hellyeah ;D

This is about the best that I have ever heard the Crue play. And also Vince sing. I wonder if his vocals are being doubled by a synth? I think that I would have rather seen this show than "Shout at the Devil" in '83/'84.
