Its not a bug it's just that water source blocks freeze in some places if he's pretty much in a snow biome but it's sky block that's why the water is freezing all still water blocks freeze

Hey as long as theres a block above the water it prevents water from freezing.

If you want to keep the water from freezing, elevate it and dig out the block underneath it, making it fall into where you want to run. If that water is falling it won't freeze. Thumbs up so he can see

They will not freeze if you put a block over it. It can be as high above it as you want, but it happens to me all the time on skyblock. Hopefully it works.
