Richards shocked the ROH fans in his debut in 2006, defeating Jimmy Rave 3 times. ROH's MVP of 2009, his match with KENTA at Supercard of Honor IV a MOTY candidate. His arm submissions at Best In The World 2011 were superb. A true professional wrestler.
@Sneezlebob Look, we've been through this before. Yes, I will agree that he isn't the very best active ROH wrestler. Me and a fellow ROH fan I know consider Roderick Strong to be a better wrestler than him. The thing is, he and I appreciate Richards because he almost always manages to bring a great match to the ring. At least I could be assured that I won't fall asleep watching him wrestle, something that happened a lot back when I was seeing non-wrestlers like HHH or Cena.

HHH obviously dosen't care about pro wrestling, otherwise why else did he never go anywhere where he does not have any political power? He never went to NOAH, he never competed in the Indies, he obviously cares only for his own ego and bank account. So in my book, HHH is not a wrestler. He just uses the label to further his image.

Why would he go to Noah when A. WWE doesnt allow their talent to compete for rival companies and B. As a sports entertainer, he's great. But he's also a political animal who's been known to bury deserving talent while lifting poor ones like Batista and Orton all because they've kissed his ass. He's what Mcmahon would've been if Vince had been an active performer. He represents corporate wrestling, something I absolutely hate.

There are a LOT of Indy promotions that bear the NWA name.

TNA fires all of their creative* then TNA guts its roster for only the best of the best and essentially gives RoH money withotu any Dixie Carter-like strings attached. If we're living in a fantasy world RoH also gets a bitchin' TV deal and some major exposure all over the net. And a BJ, somehow.
Eddie Edwards has been the most consistent performer in the past 4 months. Watch his Jr. Heavyweight Championship match in NOAH and his TV Title match with Daniels (both HDNet & 9AS) and tell me your not a fan of the guy.

I play this song in my head for things like working out, taking my daughter to preschool and giving my wife the business. This theme goes with everything.
Whenever I wanna get a good workout, I'll listen to this song and yell at myself "You will not break me!", hoping Davey Richards will somehow transfer his intensity to me.
