I made Bruce Lee as a KAF character on MKA. One the of the best ones I ever had. Also made Ryu, Ken, Chun Li, Bison, Vega, Blanka, Guile, DeeJay, and several other Street Fighter characters, plus some other ones like Cloud, Sephiroth, Ghostrider, etc. :)

Yeah, actually Lee would almost always use right hand lead -stance. And he's hands would be usually up. :) Anyway, Bruce Lee's real skill can't really be seen in his movies. And about his art... he usually would (if possible) just kick attackers knee and/or hit him and take him down with very straight technique if still needed. Just his punches packed tremendous power though. Those were pretty much his own moves, one could say, but he didn't believe in forms or kata of any sort.

Bruce Lee didn't have "moves" per-say, he just adapted to whatever came. He did have a style of punch, kick and hop step though, just watch any of his movies you'll understand what sets him apart of other fighters, his attacks were so efficient.
