@XConservative4LifeX Wachovia Bank actually sued 50 states because the states were trying to use their rights to stop Wachovia from doing predatory lending, after 4 years of battle it ended up in the supreme court in 2007, the republican majority justices shit on states rights and voted in favor of Wachovia 5-3. Yeah lets let health insurance companies cross state lines, so they can kill states laws too right?

Here's the real problem with Mr Obama: the jarring gap between his promises of change and his status quo performance.
