If an interviewer does not want to know a real WEAKNESS then why ask it. And generally 3 weakness are asked not 3 weaknesses and what are you doing about them or how are you using them to move forward….

@diayang  I would say: Sometimes I feel a little indecisive about making major choices. However, it has helped me in the past to make very wise decisions. (That's one of my weaknesses too!)
