Yeah this is okay but the fact is that it doesn't actually put a glow around your icons. It just makes a picture of squares that when set as a background it looks like it is around your icons an example of this is at 2:46 you can see on the 4th row that you dont have any apps but the squares are still there because it is a picture and not an actual mod for your ipod.

To be honest... I think thats pretty shitty...its not even a tweak...its just making a background image where the icons are and putting a glow around them...its not a tweak its a background. I'm sure you can find tons of those and just photoshop them to the color you want and sync them with your device. Non-jailbreaking is no fun.
