do a hard reset.

in case you dont know how...

hold the soft reset button which is in the hole near the usb and sd card. and hold the 2 (-) buttons. All 3 at the same time.

After a second you will get a white window asking if your sure then press send.

from there you can handle it yourself.

Next time do backup with SPB Backup.
