Emailing, Skype, Yahoo, Google, not to mention that Schools require the internet also for grades, separate assignments, or test making? Theres probably a long list of what would happen if the government did that, but the point is, even if they did take control they could not shut it down without, basicly, causing an utter catastrophe.
