George Bush is actually very smart. He graduated from Yale and won many prestigous academic honors, all while partying like hell he whole time. His biggest problem as president was that he very rarely used prepared speeches. He belived in speaking straight from his mind, which, frankly, got him in trouble more often than not. But that same mentality was what helped him get elected. Obama is very smart too, but he has pre-written speeches no matter how big or small the event.
