Chen Pan-Ling Taijiquan First Section (another angle)

Good stuff. I'm learning that right now from Sifu Scott. I've done some Chen and Yang, and Chen Pan Ling was exactly what I was looking for. Sort of the best of all possible worlds as far as I'm concerned.

chen style is my favorite.

Chen style does form part of the foundation of the Chen Pan-Ling "synthetic" form (formulated in 1941 at the Nanking Institute and sometimes referred to as the "Nanking" form or the "99" form).

When I was in Taiwan Chen Yun-Ching Shifu invited a Chen master who is a friend of his to demonstrate his form and I was very impressed indeed.
