some of those character models are actually used in konquest mode so the game doesnt freeze when you play as them! kung lao can be found in earthrealm at the end of konquest and shang tsung, you fight him while playing through konquest mode.

talk to Master Shen and Wren (E4 and D4). should give you the white lotus emblem. also try finding kai in the ice caves in outworld i THINK A7 should be near nitara/tanya. kung lao should be there man.

the in battle model of kitana is not normally able to be seen, its in the game but you HAVE to use a cheat to get her!

No he used a modded xbox to find the models in the game.

i guess each model has to be animated seperately to be crushed into pieces, but shang tsung isnt supposed to be pushed off the tower in the normal limits of the game, lol. maybe he doesnt have the animation.cfg attached to his model.

each character in deception has their own model to die and since that is a hacked shangsung using action replay then he doesnt have one. just like if you push kitana in deception of the tower the game will freeze because there is no model for her to be falling. plus she is also hacked.
