That particular model I believe is the Yamazen. You can find those on Ebay along with other electric takoyaki makers all brand new. I bought a few and me and friends make takoyaki once a month. Good shtuff.

Technically i made it up, but Niku means meat and so if you were to put meat instead of octopus then it would be called Nikuyaki

I always use the tenticles of squid....because it comes from the same family as octopus....

Octopus can be quite expensive in some areas
